LIFE BY YOU DELAYS EARLY ACCESS FOR THE SECOND TIME!!!! Originally slated for a September 2023 release, the European/whatever-based company had planned to release the game in early access this coming March. Today they announced another delay, players won't get their hands on this game until June!

Ah, I sympathize. The thing about drama like that is it's fun from afar. At first you think it's entertaining because it keeps things interesting. But after awhile you are just tired of it. Drama is fun if you don't have to deal with the fallout all the time. I'm never involved in work drama but I get tired of having to put up with it when I just wanna do my job.

lots of anti sims 2 secrets today, guess i can use this opportunity to say that the sims 2 is NOT the best one in the series.

sims 3 surpasses the sims 2 by every single metric imo. yes, the lore and the premades are interesting, but i just find myself getting bored with it quickly.

and i never understood why people say the sims 3 sims looks like pudding? the graphics are fine, it's the perfect balance between cartoony (sims 4) and semi realistic (sims 2)

sims 2 definitely has nostalgia running it's popularity.

i get where you’re coming from but i disagree. i prefer how sims 2 doesn’t have story progression, as someone with ocd who plays whole hoods rather than single households it’s more fun to micromanage that way

Me too. I don't really know what happened, but I just don't have fun with it anymore. Even with all the DLC, I don't enjoy any of the games. I miss how I used to enjoy it.

I specifically turned off Amber Alert notices on my phone, but left on emergency notifications. I suppose that I'm not the only person who has done that, because now they send out missing children notices as emergency alerts so that they still go to people who turned off Amber Alerts.

Every time I get one of these, I deliberately don't read about the details of the missing person because fuck you. I literally turned off these alerts. Apparently someone is missing because I just got a notification, but I don't know who because as soon as I saw something about missing juvenile I stopped reading.

your reasoning is dumb but i get it. i turned off both emergency and amber alerts because they noise scares the bejeezus out of me. why emergency alerts too? because 1. back in november 2020, at midnight no less, my state thought it would be funny to send an emergency alert telling people not to spend thanksgiving with relatives bc covid; and 2. if a nuke is incoming why would i want to spend the last minutes of my life terrified? just let me die quickly and ignorantly lol
