Try not to cough. If you feel your throat hurts or itches drink something or eat candies. I went through like 15+ honey flavour hard candies. I also drank a lot tea with honey.

Don't get up of bed. Like seriously just rest. Also sleep a lot. Like my mom didn't want to slow down when she got covid and then she would feel even more tired than before.

Drink and eat a lot. Even if you have loss of taste. I had it for a day during this round of covid.

Even if you're unable to have your nose completely unblocked of mucus try doing breathing exercises. This time with covid I felt for two days my lungs hurt a bit.

Take any meds with paracetamol or similar, or phenylephrine or similar.
