so what's the deal with Cindy's eating habits? in her pizza boy vlog she mentioned she was a vegan when they met? but now all I hear her mention is a carnivore diet?

how do you go from one extreme to another?!

the carnivore diet is extreme, but she hasn't been a vegan in a long time (since before she started pleasant sims).

I feel like extreme diets are just one form mental health issues manifest. I think when people choose to follow some specific strict diet they do it so that can feel like they're in control of at least one aspect of their life when everything else around is falling apart. Most people who have their life together just eat normal food or follow some provenly healthy diet if they feel like it.

If someone has an illness that isn't managed by medication, they often look to different diets to try and find something that helps. The vegan diet is often shilled as being able to manage health conditions, there is zero scientific evidence for this. The general medical consensus on vegetables being healthier than meat is also wrong and there are new studies that confirm this. Most disease including mental illness are caused by nutritional deficiencies and inflammation.

A basic explanation of this is that humans need certain vitamins and minerals but humans also need amino acids. Amino acids are the chemicals that make up protein. Different proteins contain different amounts of certain amino acids. Meat is a complete protein source which means it contains all amino acids needed by humans. There are very few complete plant proteins. Amino acids are used by the body to make everything from hormones, repair cell damage, create new muscle tissue and neurochemicals. By eating a diet that doesn't contain adequate nutrition you are not providing your body with what it needs to function and illness is the result.

Problem is that there are some people who think that store bought french fries and deep fried sweet corn are the vegetables the diet is talking about.

I 100% agree.

My mother was into the carnivore diet for a while. It's great for weight loss, as seen with Cindy. Though, I think that the real reason it does anything is the elimination of carbs and sugars, with the high protein intake having little to do with it.
