Hello,

Unfortunately, the egregious amount of spam that we have gotten over the last few weeks has been, frankly, really terrible. We've been testing out what we think will and won't work. Unfortunately, IP screening seems to do little, so we've moving back to full time screening, as much as I hate to do it. Our policy of not screening registered members will stay in place, however.

As some of you have guessed, this was the work of angry anons from other communities, Denise got in contact with us and asked to to try and put a cap on it. However, we can't always be here so there is only so much that can be done, unfortunately. If something does happen to this community, there is sim-secret.dreamwidth.org which is not run by me but another user.

I will be screening the comments of this post 100% of the time, independent of the overall community's screening. If you have an issue that you report in this thread only I, and the other mods, will be able to see it.

TL;DR: IF YOU SEE SPAM AND HATE SPEECH, ALERT US HERE.

Happy Halloween! If the flashing in secret 1 bothers anyone, please let me know and I'll switch it with 13. I preemptively switched them, I LOVE secret 13 but I was nervous to have the flashing as the top image that shows before you open the post, I seem to recall that we have/had an anon with epilepsy.
