I am one of the people who HATES real letters in the game, and it makes me mad every single time. I go so far as to find default replacements that make it into Simlish. I know it doesn't matter, especially if it's something written in small font, but it irritates me sooooo much.

Me starting to routinely watch a streamer seems to be the kiss of death for them. 3 different ones now who started out streaming Sims full-time have now stopped completely or else cut back dramatically and stream Sims much less, or not at all. It's really sad.

I wish I still enjoyed the game as much as I did when I was a kid. I don't know if the problem is that TS4 really is that much worse than the earlier games, or if I've just outgrown the whole idea to some extent.

Back in the day I used to turn off cutscenes in TS2 and never use the romance aspiration. Now I think that aspiration is one of the most fun.

I've started the 100 baby challenge like 10 times and never gotten further than 10 babies in.

I think Not So Berry is really overdone and played out, but I started playing it anyway. It's nice to have some structure and focus on the game.

I'm not very creative and I struggle to find stories and things to do with my Sims on my own. I get bored too easily because I am boring and uncreative.

I'll never understand why Simmers want the period aspect of wicked whims or other mods. I hate dealing with it IRL, that is something I do not want in The Sims even a little bit.

Sometimes I'm torn between thinking Sims should have more lore, and thinking it's got plenty already. It's a pretty open-ended game, but the lore can be fun sometimes too.

I never really played Into the Future. I saw a post about it on Reddit where people were giving it a lot of credit, and it makes me feel like maybe I missed out and should give it another shot. But I thought the furniture looked really ugly and bad, blocky and plastic, so I never really even tried to get into the gameplay.

Time always puts things in a different perspective. Having, say, Avril Lavigne in Superstar is charming now, maybe someday we'll look back at TS4 with Baby Ariel and feel the same way about her. I think people get like that somewhat with Katy Perry Sweet Treats.
