1-2 My thought exactly. Not gonna buy this pack at all, and couldn't get why people are going so crazy about it, until i remembered most kid in simblr don't have to deal with rent themselves, their parents do. Everything that has to do with rent it's just way TOO realistic for me, landlords and tenant are BOTH horrible shit to deal with irl, don't want it on my game. my game is to relax and enjoy, not to handle the stress of rent and housing crisis on my free time.

I don't personally find the landlord/tenant thing as "problematic" or "offensive" or whatever. But I do find it to be dull. This pack sounds boring as fuck. It doesn't even look worth pirating at this point. Maybe it will be more fun and entertaining and have more depth than it looks like, but at this point it seems like utter trash.

1. I am a little surprised they went with this theme. I don't have a problem with it myself, but as soon as this leaked, I knew what kind of reaction some people were going to have. I kind of get where those people are coming from, but to me this is so minor in the scheme of life that getting upset over it is pointless.
2. How are your Switches doing these days?
3. Yeah. Sims 4 already feels really sterilized, and the nonstop complaining is a contributing factor. I do feel like there are some people out there who truly do look for reasons to get offended, and it's just silly. If you're not interested in this pack - like me - just don't play it and move on with your life. To me it looks like the expansions this year are going to end up being a win and two losses, but that's life.
4. Yes, undoubtedly so. I'm interesting that we're getting an elder-specific trait, though.
It seems like many of the packs add minor features that bring life to the game, but even with all of them, it seems kind of shallow.
6. Lol I can't believe I remember this but I do. I'm guessing that it was a glitch they never fixed, but it seems odd, because IIRC it happened even with the expansion for SC4.

this reminds me of cindy's video on sims 2 must-have mods lol. like i use shit like no20khandout, bigger bills, etc. because i like playing struggling sims too but the way she explains the mods on her video, how enthusiastic she gets about "suffering sims = realism" makes her sound like a psychotic hypercapitalist
