Housekeeping: Secret Spam, "Groomers", and GOS. *EDIT*

After last few weeks of issues I wanted to quickly address a few things.

1. To the person who keeps spamming secrets. You're making 100+ secrets a week. It was okay at first but they're obviously not automating the process which means you're doing a least most of the labor by hand. Like, do you have hobbies? It was fine before but now our mod team is worried about you. Obviously you're going through something. I just want you to know, there are suicide hotlines available.

I'm telling you this so that you don't accidentally call one as can assure you, everyone in your life, online and off, wants you to do it.

2. This is related to the GothBellaGoth drama several weeks ago but, related to a post I made on SimNostalgia, we'll no longer be taking posts about pedophilia or 'grooming'. This is something I wanted to do a while ago but hadn't. The reasons behind this are two fold.

If it IS true and verifiable (the guy who made the toddler sex mods, the EA Game Changers guy, etc.) then it generally tends to be ignored and or nothing is actually done about it. The sort of people who raise the most fuss shockingly only seem to be interested in getting rid of people they don't like and don't actually care about like... the safety of children? Shocking. Plus, it's hard to ignore that every one of these accusations have been towards queer men despite a literal actual convicted heterosexual sex offender running one of our largest communities. As I have noted. Several times.

Basically, I refuse to be party to watching you retarded cunts trying to ruin some poor shmucks life because he did something fucked up in The Sims. I know that a good amount of you have the specific kind of brainrot that makes you think that a 17 year old dating a 19 year old is literally morally the same thing as an adult man raping a toddler. Especially when I know most of you are more likely to use this sort of drama as a way to fuel petty interpersonal disputes against people you don't like. Which is fine, but you will not be bringing that nasty shit into my secrets section. Feel free to say whatever you want about it in the comments though. Lord knows if someone's stupid enough to believe an anonymous SimSecret commenter without proof, there is no helping them now.

If you think that's a suspicious opinion to hold or don't like it, you can make a call out post about it. Maybe this time it'll actually do something.

3. Finally, for those of you who are GOS users, I have archived all of Garden of Shadows on Sim Archive. That includes all the custom content from Mediafire, Mega, and SimfileShare. It should be uploaded by late tonight.

I do not consider a teen in their underwear pedophilia. I do not think every teen girl who goes after a older man is being groomed. A 17 year old and a 19 year old is not pedophilia or evidence of grooming.
