i actually love the look of neglected, run-down architecture. i live in a neighborhood just outside of a major city, and while a lot of places around here are worn out, especially compared to the richer ‘hood next door, the community here is vibrant and the atmosphere is so friendly. i don’t see ugliness when i see faded paint on houses or rusted fences or cracked sidewalks. i see a place that is, was, and always will be loved

4. I feel like that's unfair. I mean you're not completely wrong because negative interaction drives engagement, and the algorithm pushes it (and everyone being on a few centralized platforms is going to be a problem because not everyone should be forced to be together.)

Buuuut, I feel like part of that is just a sign of the times. Our community, like every other online community, is going to be affected by the current online environment. It's not like circle jerks didn't happen on GOS or MATY. It was just slower paced and less people got involved.

4: I don't. Nobody ever engaged with me on GoS, or ever liked or commented on my Wordpress.

Not OP but I agree with the 8. I've been playing sims for long, and frequently abandons my legacy whenever it reaches gen 2. And i've tried to add drama by killing sims for storytelling purposes or some dramas, but never feeling fun with it because i had to rig things up to make those happen(as accidental deaths can be hard to trigger esp. If the sim has higher skills).

I get where you're coming from, but... you have to play by the rules. You may have had a good point but mods can and will ban your ass if you don't toe the line. It's a sad truth of the internet/internet communities, you can be right, but if the mods or admin disagree or don't like you, it simply doesn't matter. It's not a democracy, it's ALWAYS a dictatorship.
