I was about to comment that, too. I've been playing these games since TS1 came out (and yeah, my back hurts), and it's ABYSMAL how much simmers' willingness to figure stuff out by looking up online on the very same topic online has dropped. We can't really talk about reading comprehension when there's no willingness to even read.

TS4 players have never been the brightest, but it feels like the newest crop is even dumber than the typical specimen from 2016. Just pay for a month of Mullvad and hit up Fitgirl ffs.

011. HAHA I WAS THERE FOR THEIR MAY FLOWERS CONTEST. The newer Deaderpool mods like Ashton and Halla made a PlantSim named May Flowers and desperately wanted to make her a thing during and after the Deaderpool spring contest that involved May Flowers. They were trying to get their yesmen to "simp" for her (it was so painfully obvious that they didn't care for her they just wanted to artificially make it look like she's popular) and made May Flowers stickers and emojis so she can become an unofficial server mascot. Obviously it failed miserably (because everyone other than their yesmen found this fucking stupid) and she was never brought up again but she lives on as stickers nobody uses I guess.

I feel like anyone who was interested in that type of carnivore diet type content had better people they were watching, and Cindy's channel never gained any traction so she abandoned it. Will Wright, I doubt. He just doesn't seem like the type of person who would go "backwards," I think he's always wanting to find something new to create. He moved on from SimCity, he moved on from Sims, he moved on from Spore....but then again you never know, maybe in his old age he could decide to go back to his most popular creation?

Some other company, I think is possible. I read that The Sims is actually a very tiny portion of EA's overall profit, so after they try to squeeze as much as they can out of the franchise, I could see them selling it off. We can only hope.

Ribeye Diaries was an attempt at a nutrition guru YouTube channel; thankfully it failed, because all she did was promote eating disorders, health problems, and share disgusting recipes; (actually, she lost weight because she wasn't eating anything after Andrew left her). Does anyone remember those official challenges during COVID (was it Spark'd?) on the gallery? Unfortunately, the gallery already had a serious problem in 2018-19 of people who used the free offer to make a ton of alts, consequently leading to nobody staying remotely on theme and the hashtag just being used to get more views.
