it seems that they gave a ton of their ea creator network game changers early early access with this pack. usually only a few get it. maybe they're wanting this to go out with a bang if it's truly the last expansion?

They are worried the niche EP theme and the recent media controversies will impact sales (EA being sold to Islamists, all royal houses being outed as friends of Epstein).
They of course know that most consumers don't care/aren't aware of these things, but even 2% less than predicted sales can't be tolerated.

1. Yeah. Most gaming communities have a lot of people who aren't very tech-literate, or who are young kids or older adults and struggle to understand. The Sims community is frankly one of the worst.
And of course there are people who are perfectly capable of understanding and learning, and are just rude and lazy.

There were comments yesterday about vtubers in the Sims community and how they're not very popular here. I have noticed that too. The one I watch has even commented that Simmers don't like vtubers. I wonder why that is? For the record, I don't like them either, and I watch her DESPITE the fact that she is a vtuber because she started out not being one. If she had been one all along I never would have started watching tbh. And I have a friend who streams with a vtuber model, very small streamer who has <10 viewers per stream, but I don't even read her discord because there are so many creepy weirdo dudes in there. I just don't like them and don't see the appeal.
