In my culture you would never invite someone to anything unless your 100% sure u want to invite them,therefore you avoid rejecting an invitation unless you really cant make it. I'm waiting for a review that isn't 2-3 hrs long and done by somebody who isn't an EA shill. Satchonsims also tends to do gameplay videos, so I may watch that as well to get a better feel of the pack. I'm worried that if I don't like it and delete it, it might be save breaking.

Satchonsims has uploaded his 30 mins review. I won't be updating my game for this pack. Anything that was appealing to me like the gardening and living off the land is actually very shallow.

I may still update for the business/pottery pack. But the enchanted by nature expansion pack is the first expansion pack I won't ever download.

You know what gets me about this? Not all people in the EA early access program get the really early access. They give their favorite, best shills REALLY early access, and then the rest of the people only get two days early access. I think that's shitty. Why can't they all have an extra week? Why only some of them? There is someone who used to be in the program who talked honestly about it one time, and she was telling us about how they put demands on them to release content on specific days, only giving them a few hours to get the videos created and edited. And they have expectations of how many views they get, but like, when lilsimsie and deligracy have been covering it for a week already, people aren't going to be as interested in videos from smaller creators. It seems really unfair and stressful, and she ended up quitting the program over it. It's harder for the smaller creators to grow their audience when they're starting out from behind, and EA/YT is promoting the same people over and over.

I don't see any benefit to being a paid EA shill for smaller creators. lilsimsie and the others have an audience of children and simps that will watch whatever they release. Smaller creators don't have that and being affiliated with EA damages their credibility with their actual audience.
