Rather, you meant:
"¿Qué carajos es esto y por qué está publicado aquí?"

While the word "chinga" technically has the same meaning as the word I replaced it with, it doesn't sound right when you use it in those types of sentences.

But in all seriousness it would vary from country or location, mierda, carajo, chingada, boludez, huevada, pelotudez, joda, etc*
