There was one unposted secret this week, it is a broken link.

Also, the post numbers for submission posts and secrets posts going back a month or so were wrong. I think. So then I fixed them. But then they were DEFINITELY wrong. And then I fixed them again. And they still weren't right. Anyway long story short I don't know if they were ever really messed up in the first place, but I think they are finally correct; if not let me know and I'll fix them again.

anyone know a place where i can post my sims screenshots? sims discord servers are social hierarchies (especially mods in sims after dark and deaderpool picking favorites over this 35-year-old woman with huge main character syndrome and everyone treats her like a fucking god like the mods keep renewing her a donator role because she's too lazy to cancel her patreon subscription to the server owner's patreon) and tumblr is a dumpster fire

To carry on the comments theme of:Nobody else cares

I posted before about wanting Rudihra to release more Poppet texture defaults.

I'm thinking of going with NHS system because it has the most Hardmaxis recolors. But I'm not crazy about the red or ginger to be more exact. I also want to do edits as there isn't a 100% texture defaults. So I don't want to waste my time working on a system I'm going to dump later on.

I'm also considering either going without hair color defaults but look for mesh fixes.
And I'm thinking of going for Remi v3 with v2 black for the nondefaults and Simgaroop did a default set if I want things to be consistent or match. I tend to be one of those that want to have a singular hair system.

Most of the original hairs I actually don't mind keeping, just some of the colors are not so great and there are maybe a handful of styles I can't stand and will use a mesh default.

Somebody doesn't think the POC are getting enough content in Sims 4. If they did that argument for Sims 2 or 3 back in the day, they'd have a point but EA is falling over backwards to give them content in Sims 4.

I also think people need to get over about worlds being special content. In Sims 3 and 2 that applied but in Sims 4 they are 90% window dressing and all the same. I used to see packs with worlds as having something additional and worth getting but no longer the case. They actually a turn off now.

1) It isn't just seasons. It annoys me that anytime I want to play with a premade that was created earlier in the series I have to spend hours updating them for current packs.
2) I don't know how you guys have played Sims 4 this long. It is a buggy mess. I'm playing with a randomized Sim I found the game had moved into the lovestruck neighborhood. He had to apply twice to get into university because the first time, the process glitched and even though he was accepted the first time, he never got the option to continue and choose his university. He also has a cat that I only now realized wasn't spayed. I had him take her to the vet to be spayed, he had to cancel the first attempt because it was never ending. The second time it succeeded. The cat supposedly had a cone on but it was invisible. It was raining (as always) and he went out to work, when he got back for some reason he suddenly couldn't get back into his home. FFS!!!! I reset him, he slid on a mud puddle on the way in but he got in. There is also an issue when I break up with romantic partners, they turn into stalkers. This has happened with multiple Sims, not just him. My game also isn't very woke, a couple of times when Sims turn up that look they are trans, my game crashes. BTW I actually don't play that much, usually half an hour 3 or 4 times a week. If the game was better I'd play more.

how many packs do you have approximately? it sounds like an endless nightmare just to do one thing😵

it's easy to sink hours into it if you're playing with older packs and i refuse to buy new ones because of all those bugs i saw🤦‍♂️

i updated my game for the first time in 2 years, it's not as buggy as it seems if you only have older packs (pre discover university) and they added tons of clothes to the base game. other than that there isn't many changes

i still kinda want pack revamps tho
