I agree with the second part of your comment but no one should be paying $5 - $10 for a pack refresh, ea should be making good on the initial price paid for which a promised working product was not delivered

Free would be ideal but this is EA and they are never going to release a free refresh again. Paying $10 for a refresh is still preferable to paying $40 for an expansion pack of rehashed content and a few new BB items. Another issue with their current approach is that adding new systems instead of improving existing systems is making an already bloated game even more bloated with more bugs.
