IMO, at this point they are running out of ideas for things that they could realistically add in. (Like someone on an earlier page suggested a safari pack, sure great idea but EA is never going to invest that kind of money in a TS4 pack, same goes for other suggestions that would require a lot of work.) So, that means we are going to see A LOT of rehashed content that is similar to stuff already in the game. They're adding an apothecary skill, we have a skill from Outdoor Retreat called Herbalism I think that you have to experiment with random plants to level. They're going to retread a lot of territory from those existing packs you mentioned. And that is likely to continue with all future packs.
